Photography & Media Release: By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and you agree that such media may be used by Harrisburg University and NuPaths for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes, without any compensation. Cancellations: If you are unable to attend the event, please notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event and will not be held liable for any costs incurred by the registrant. Liability: Harrisburg University and NuPaths are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during your attendance at the event.
