In the heart of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Keystone Human Services (KHS) stands as a beacon of support and empowerment for individuals with disabilities. Established in 1972, KHS has expanded its reach with satellite offices across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and subsidiaries in New Jersey and Connecticut. With a workforce of 3500 dedicated employees, KHS offers a spectrum of essential services encompassing intellectual disability services, autism services, mental health services, nursing services, and service dog training. 

Within KHS, the IT Services department, led by Nick Nerhood, plays a vital role in maintaining hardware, software, and fulfilling helpdesk needs. With six full-time employees complemented by interns, the IT team ensures seamless technological support across the organization.
