As part of Governor Shapiro’s $6.6 million investment in apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs across Pennsylvania, NuPaths has been awarded $400,000 to develop a new Data Analytics Pre-Apprenticeship Program. The program will provide industry-recognized certifications, college credits, and hands-on training to prepare historically underserved job seekers for high-demand roles in data analytics. This initiative also includes the development of a registered apprenticeship in collaboration with the NextGen IT Industry Partnership through SCPa Works.
This investment reflects the Shapiro Administration’s commitment to building stronger career pipelines and expanding workforce development across key sectors like IT, healthcare, and agriculture.
