What interested you in a tech career?
A
I had been doing it for over 20 years, and then I just wanted to change. I just wanted to make a change in my career. I wanted to stop working physically hard and work harder mentally.

Why did you choose NuPaths?
A
I started with CareerLink for the technical training and stuff like that. So I was going through that. NuPaths came up, so I said, "Let me give it a try."

How was your experience at NuPaths?
A
My experience at NuPaths was great. I had good professors and teachers and everyone was very helpful, and supportive, especially to someone that's just coming in, not knowing much about computers.

How was your education at NuPaths influence or helped you in your life and career?
A
This journey that I've been on, all started with NuPaths. I appreciate everyone giving me the opportunity. I am a little older, I am 56 and this is a change in my career path. My professional title right now is CSS computer support specialist.

What advice do you have for current students to make the most of their experience at NuPaths?
A
Don't skip over anything. Enjoy the ride. Get all the information you can. The professors and the teachers are very knowledgeable. So if you don't know anything, don't be afraid to ask and just enjoy.
