Perry County and Juniata high schools have partnered with Harrisburg University and NuPaths to offer the Technical Support Specialist program at Greenwood High School in Millerstown, PA for select students.
Technical Support Specialist Program at Greenwood High School
6 IT Certifications | 8 college credits
The program will run throughout the school year with classes each day from 8 - 9:30 AM. You'll complete 4 courses and a project to learn the skills to become a Technical Support Specialist. You'll earn up to 6 IT certifications and 8 college credits as well as credits toward high school graduation. Career services support is provided for those who want to enter the workforce after graduating high school.
Location: Greenwood High School, Millerstown, PA
Eligible Students and Schools: Seniors and juniors at East Juniata, Greenwood, Juniata, Newport, Susquenita, and West Perry high schools
Schedule: 8 AM - 9:30 AM, Monday through Friday for the 2024-2025 school year
Technical Support Specialists troubleshoot software, fix operating system issues, rebuild computers, and perform general maintenance on computer devices.
