NuPaths Referral Program

The Referral Policy is applicable to all currently enrolled NuPaths students with an “Active” Student Role status in their student record and graduates who have successfully completed their NuPaths program with an Exit Reason as “Graduated” in their student record. Eligible students and graduates are hereinafter referred to as “referrer.” NuPaths will provide a $25 Amazon Gift Card to the referrer when a referred student successfully completes the admissions process and has at least 80% attendance through the first two weeks of the program from the published program start date. NuPaths will provide a $50 Amazon Gift Card to the referrer when the referred student earns the Certificate of Achievement by passing all the courses and passing at least 50% of the certification exams in their program. Referred student must enroll in a full NuPaths program. Referrer must submit the referred student through the official referrer form on the NuPaths website. Referrers can submit an unlimited number of referrals. Gift cards will be mailed to the referrer at their address in the student record within 30 days of determining the requirements have been met for the receipt of the gift card. NuPaths has the sole authority to change its Referral Policy at any time. NuPaths Referral Program Terms and Conditions Eligibility: The NuPaths Referral Program is open to NuPaths students and graduates who are legal residents of the United States and are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of NuPaths are not eligible to participate in the referral program. Submission of Referrals: Referrals must be submitted using the official referral form provided by NuPaths. Referrals submitted through other channels will not be eligible for rewards. Referral Criteria: Referred individuals must meet NuPaths' program eligibility criteria and successfully enroll and complete a NuPaths program to qualify as a successful referral. Rewards are non-transferable and will be issued only upon verification of successful program completion by the referred individual. Verification Process: NuPaths reserves the right to verify the completion of the program by the referred individual using its internal processes. Any false or misleading information provided during the referral process may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of rewards. Program Modifications: NuPaths reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the program will be communicated through official channels. Participant Conduct: Participants in the Referral Program must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations and conduct themselves in a lawful and ethical manner. Any violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the program. Limitation of Liability: NuPaths shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with participation in the Referral Program, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Governing Law: The NuPaths Referral Program and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Agreement to Terms: Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participants are encouraged to review these terms regularly for any updates or changes.
