Daniel Kuba, the Deputy Secretary for Workforce Development at the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry, has accumulated over twenty-three years of experience in both strategic policy development and operational aspects of the workforce development system. With more than twenty-two years at the Department, he has been part of a multidisciplinary workforce policy development body advising the Governor of Pennsylvania. His responsibilities include advising, monitoring, and reporting on the allocation of grants and funding for workforce research and implementation projects.
Jessica Hoffman
Deputy Chief Information Security Officer & HIPAA Security Officer

Jessica Hoffman is a CISSP with over 15 years of IT and cybersecurity experience in the government and private sectors, primarily at HHS’s Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). She holds a BS in CIS and an MS in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University. At CMS, she led the $239M Security Controls Assessment contract, overseeing system vulnerabilities affecting healthcare and financial data. Now, she is VP and Audit & Compliance Manager at Provincia Government Solutions, a minority-owned firm, dedicated to safeguarding Americans' PII, PHI, and FTI.
