I am the primary contact for my company, and both my company and its representatives consent to participating in the Tech Fusion Career Fair organized by NuPaths. By registering, we understand and acknowledge the following: We will adhere to the event's rules and guidelines, treating all attendees with respect and professionalism. Our company is responsible for conducting recruitment activities and interviews in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any information collected from candidates during the event will be handled in accordance with our company's privacy policies. We will provide accurate and up-to-date information about our job opportunities and answer candidate questions to the best of our ability. NuPaths and the event organizers are not responsible for any hiring decisions made during or as a result of the event. We will respect the event schedule and communicate any scheduling changes with the organizers as necessary. We expect all participants to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event. 🔹Confidentiality: Please respect the confidentiality of any information shared with you by employers and other attendees. Do not share confidential information or personal details without proper consent. 🔹Liability: The event organizers and venue are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injuries that may occur during the event. Participants are responsible for their own belongings and well-being. 🔹 Agreement for Photography and Recording if applicable: When you participate in the career fair, you provide the event organizers with consent to capture photographs and videos of your involvement for promotional and marketing purposes, without the expectation of monetary compensation 🔹 Follow Event Guidelines: Please adhere to any additional guidelines and rules provided by the event organizers or venue staff. 🔹Legal Compliance: Attendees are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the event. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate participants participation in the Event, at their discretion, if Attendee's behavior is deemed disruptive or in violation of this Agreement.
