Feb. 7, 2019. Harrisburg University's Nupaths program seeing great success.
NuPaths launched by Harrisburg University is giving students a new path after high school. Students say they are confident to enter the workforce after graduation.
In September, the Cumberland Valley School District in partnership with the Carlisle Area School District introduced the program.
It has already handed out 58 IT certifications, and each student earns five college credits.
Research conducted by Nupaths found that there were more than 1,000 jobs in various IT areas open within just 25 miles of Harrisburg.
