An information session for high school students interested in the NuPaths pilot and their parents was held at Harrisburg University on Monday, February 12. Thirty people attended for an introduction by Eric Darr, Harrisburg University President and Pankaj Agarwal, NuPaths Cofounder. Scott Frank, Chief Information Officer, Capital Blue Cross, addressed the audience to talk about the importance of information technology (IT) for business success, IT job opportunities, and the IT careers at Capital Blue Cross.
The high school students were nominated by a school administrator to participate in the tuition-free NuPaths pilot.
The NuPaths pilot is partially funded through contributions from Capital Blue Cross, Geneia, Gary D. St. Hilaire, President and CEO, Capital Blue Cross and Harrisburg University.
