A Program for Western PA High School Seniors and Juniors
Learn the skills to become a Technical Support Specialist. Complete 4 courses and a project. Earn up to 6 IT certifications and 8 college credits.
Eligible high schools include: Brookville, Clarion, Clarion-Limestone, Conneaut, Cranberry, DuBois, Fairview, Forest Area, Fort LeBoeuf, Franklin Area, Girard, Harborcreek, Keystone, North Clarion, Northwestern, Oil City, Redbank Valley, Titusville, Valley Grove, Venango Technology Center, Warren
Tuition for 14 students is funded by a 100% scholarship from the PA Robotics Initiative and the Innovative Institute for Tomorrow.
Technical Support Specialists troubleshoot software, fix operating system issues, rebuild computers, and perform general maintenance on computer devices.
