Be the person who manages the project manager. Support the project manager and the entire project team as a project analyst. Track tasks and resources, report on key performance indicators and maintain clear lines of communication to help deliver a project exceeding the client's expectations.
The Project Analyst plays an integral role as part of the organization’s project teams. They coordinate multiple tasks and work closely with the project managers to ensure the successful completion of projects. They are a traffic controller who arranges assignments, analyzes the budget and timeline of a project and provides status reports to management and stakeholders. In addition, they utilize spreadsheets and databases to offer data visualization for improved decision making.
There are 4 courses, business skills workshops, 5 certifications, 9 college credits and 1 project in the program, totaling 216 hours of courses, labs and workshops.
Credits provided by Harrisburg University (HU) and are transferable to HU. Credits are eligible for transfer to other colleges and universities, but transfer credits accepted are at the sole discretion of the receiving institution.
